Volumes of Commissioned Housing Decrease
In the first half of 2016 investment in housing accounted for 278.6 million AZN (minus 45.8% compared to January-June of last year), the State Statistics Committee said.
Also decreased (minus 11.8%) the total area of property handed over in operation, amounting to 767.7 thousand sq. m, of which more than a third (213.2 thousand sq. m) was in June.
Recall, last year 1 million 927.2 thousand sq. m of housing was put into operation (minus 12.3% compared to 2014). --17D-
