The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has announced the start of natural gas deliveries to Slovakia. "On December 1, SOCAR began supplying gas to the company SPP, the largest state-owned energy supplier in Slovakia," according to a statement published on SOCAR's website.

The State Oil Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOFAZ) sold foreign currency worth 574.6 million USD in November 2024. According to SOFAZ’s report, this is a 230.6% increase compared to October of this year. Additionally, this is 40.8% more than in November of last year (339.9 million USD). It is noted that in October, the Oil Fund sold 174.4 million USD at auctions. From January to November this year, SOFAZ sold foreign currency worth 6.494 billion USD.

The number of subscribers to "Azerishig" OJSC, Azerbaijan's state-owned electricity distribution company, has been published. According to the press service of the company, as of October 1 of this year, the total number of subscribers was 2,979,221. Of this, 2,790,344 were from the "residential" category, and 188,877 were from the "non-residential" category (excluding the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic).
