Baku / 19.09.17 / Turan: Preparations for privatization of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) can begin, Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said in a conversation with reporters on September 19.
According to him, the preparation can begin in 2018. He noted that this became possible after the completion of the restructuring of the bank"s external obligations.
"The EBRD"s leadership during the visit to Azerbaijan was interested in this issue and expressed interest in participating in this process. We will continue discussions with them," the minister said. -71D-
