The warring parties in Kiev agreed on a truce
The Administration of the President of Ukraine said that the participants in the negotiations on the settlement of the political crisis in the country agreed on the conditions out of the situation and will soon sign a corresponding agreemen, as reported on21st February by the President's website.
Signing of the agreement is scheduled for 14:00. Details of the document were not disclosed. In addition to negotiations the opposition leaders were also joined by representatives of the European Union and Russia.
According to sources of Ukrainian Truth, the draft agreement involves a return of the constitution to the sample of 2004 (which limits the powers of the president ) and the formation of a coalition government within the next ten days.
At the same time, the Polish government spokeswoman Malgorzata Kidawa - Blonie said the text of the agreement is not yet ready . " We are talking about the negotiations, and not on the final document," Interfax quoted her statement.
In the first round of negotiations , the opposition and European heads of foreign ministries declined to comment on their results.
Earlier, the opposition demanded the resignation of Yanukovych and timely presidential and parliamentary elections.
Interfax reported that a meeting of the Russian presidential administration was attended by Ambassador Mikhail Zurabov .
Representatives of the European Union , for their part , promised to impose sanctions against those who participated in the crackdown on peaceful protests in Ukraine. It is assumed that officials will face visa limitations and their foreign bank accounts will be blocked.
Riots began in Kiev on 18th February and led to numerous victims. According to reports on Friday morning, 77 people have been killed. -02D-
