Armenia declines an offer of Baku on the exchange
A spokesman for the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, said that his department refused the latest offer of Baku on prisoner and dead bodies exchange. According to him, the Armenian side believes that the body of Karen Petrosyan should be transferred without any preconditions.
"When Azerbaijan began bargaining, we agreed to return them to the body of Hasan Hasanov, but Armenia will not agree to other steps. We are the dictating party, and we are not going to do what Azerbaijan," said Hovhannisyan.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov said that the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry offered the Defense Ministry proposed to exchange Armenian family of 5 people and the body of the deceased in captivity Armenian (Karen Petrosyan) on the Azerbaijani hostages Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilgam Asgarov, as well as on the body of the murdered Armenians Hasan Hasanov.

It should be noted that the Armenian family of five people, a few years ago ran to Azerbaijan and requested asylum. This family is trying to travel to a third country.

On February 12, the Baku Appeals Court rejected the appeal to transfer journalist Ramin Djebrailzade (Deko) to house arrest, according to his lawyer Nemat Kerimli. The "Union for the Freedom of Political Prisoners of Azerbaijan" has published an updated list of political prisoners, which includes 357 names. Compared to the previous list from December 12 last year, the number of political prisoners has increased by 26 individuals.
