Speaking on Monday in Istanbul at the World Humanitarian Summit Ilham Aliyev touched upon the consequences of the Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan and the current situation in the region. "The Nagorno-Karabakh region and seven surrounding districts occupied by the four UN Security Council resolutions on the issue remain on paper for more than 20 years. It is the policy of double standards," Aliyev said. "Armenia must comply with these resolutions, or sanctions should be applied against it.
