Azerbaijan sent a note of protest to France
Baku/28.12.22/Turan: French Ambassador Anne Boillon was summoned to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry today, where she was handed a note of protest.
During the meeting, deep concern was expressed over the expansion and continuation of the campaign of slander against Azerbaijan by various French political forces, in the absence of the necessary reaction from the French government, the Foreign Ministry said.
Thus, a few days ago, the leaders of the political forces represented in the French Parliament sent a letter to the President of the country with accusations against Azerbaijan and calls against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
This appeal was a continuation of purposeful anti-Azerbaijani measures, including the adoption of anti-Azerbaijani resolutions by both chambers of the French Parliament.
The Azerbaijani side drew the ambassador's attention to the need to take appropriate measures to immediately stop such a campaign by France against Azerbaijan. ---06B---
