Founded with the participation of his wife Nargiz Kheyrulla Gyzy Azizova, S.T. Ismayilova and N.Kh. Azizov’s full partner was the company KhAZAR (TIN 1700646601), founded in 2002.
In the following years (2006-2010) Zebra-ID LLC, Gunesh-2 LLC, Olymp-5 LLC, Green Tour LLC, Greenfin Food and Bavridge LLC and Green Trade LLC were founded .
The partners of Eldar Azizov’s son in these companies are: ItalDesign CJSC (Zebra-ID LLC), Orhan Aydin oglu Aliyev (Green Tour LLC, Greenfin Food and Baveridge LLC and Green Trade LLC) and Ehtiram Mehdi oglu Gasimov.
Shamil Azizov is the director of four companies: (Gunesh-2 LLC, Zebra-ID LLC, Green Tour LLC and Greenfin Food and Bavridge LLC).
In 2012, the Green Tour received a license from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for tourism management. There are no open sources of information on business activities of other companies.
The legal address of Khazar and Olymp-5 LLC corresponds to the registered address of Eldar Azizov (Baku, 19 Yusif Mammadaliev Street)..
According to the state register, the director of Olimp-5 is Joshgun Adil oglu Jabrailov. After Eldar Azizov was appointed head of the executive branch of the city of Baku in 2018, he made Jabrailov his assistant. Previously, they worked in the Sabail District Executive Power. One was the head, and the other was the head of the territorial administration.
At the address: 5 Mirali Seidov Street, where the Gunash-2 company is registered (co-founder Shamil Azizov), the company Azəri Saplay Kompani Ltd LLC was also registered.
According to the state register of state purchases, the company sold AzTV batteries for cameras for 230 985 manats, as well as “flower baskets” and “creative pines” to the Heydar Aliyev Center for 14.885 manats.
Along with business, Shamil Azizov is also engaged in scientific activities. He is a UNEC graduate and in 2018 he defended his thesis on the topic: “Problems of improving foreign exchange control over import and export operations”.
In 2019, he was enrolled in the UNEC doctoral program on the topic: “World Economy” at the expense of the budget.
