Court Hearings Scheduled on Turan News Agency's Claims against Tax Ministry's Departments
Baku / 19.09.17 / Turan: Preparatory sessions on the Turan news agency's claims against two departments of the Azerbaijani Tax Ministry have been scheduled at the Baku Administrative Economic Court No. 1. The plaintiff's lawyer Fuad Agayev told Turan.
The hearings are scheduled for September 27 and October 11, respectively.
The first lawsuit raises the issue of recognizing the decisions on the accrual of additional tax sanctions to the news agency Turan for the period from 2014 to 2016 and on the appointment of an extraordinary on-site tax audit of the news agency illegal.
The second lawsuit contains a request to recognize the decision of the Tax Crimes Preliminary Investigation Department on the news agency's tax audit for the period from 2010 to 2016 illegal. -06D--
