President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received the Secretary General of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation, Victor Tvikun.
During the meeting it was noted that the session of the Parliamentary Assembly of BSEC, which is taking place in Baku, will contribute to the further development of regional cooperation.—06D--
