Jack Sullivan discussed the situation in Lachin corridor with Armen Grigoryan and Hikmet Hajiyev

Baku/22.12.22 / Turan: US Assistant to the President for National Security Jack Sullivan held separate telephone conversations on Thursday with the head of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan and Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan for Foreign Policy Hikmet Hajiyev.

During the talks, the situation in the Lachin corridor was discussed. According to the Armenian media, Grigoryan accused Azerbaijan of blockade and called on the US to put pressure on Baku.

In turn, Hajiyev told Sullivan that Azerbaijani activists were peacefully protesting on the Lachin-Khankyandi road against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits. The Armenian side's accusations of a "blockade" are groundless, Hajiyev wrote on his Twitter account. -0-
