President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov won 488 votes, and ranks fifth. The most simple-minded leader in the region, according to the respondents , was the Afghan leader, Hamid Karzai.
Karimov has been president of Uzbekistan since December 1991. In the ranking of human development, which counts the UN over 2013, the country ranks 114th place out of 186 ( this figure is calculated according to the level of life expectancy, literacy , education and longevity of the inhabitants of the country.) Several millions of citizens of Uzbekistan are currently working abroad.

The current 2013 has been declared the year of " well-being and prosperity."
Just the other day, many media have published sensational information that Karimov beat eldest daughter Gulnara for inappropriate behavior and intrigue associated with her participation in an attempt to seize power in the country.-02D-
