OL Movement Responds to Prosecutor
Movement OL on evening of April 11 issued a statement on the statement by the prosecutor's office about the audit of the structure and functioning of the University of Free Thought (UFT).
Recall that in the Prosecutor General's report alleged illegal activity OL, her lack of state registration, not reporting on the use of funds by foreign donors.
In the statement OL emphasizes that the group is just a movement, not structured, having tired - NGO.

"It should be noted that to date, in the Azerbaijani legislation does not have any rules prohibiting the activity is not a registered non-profit entity. Only came into force on 11 March amendments to the legislation establishing the administrative responsibility for the grant organization not registered and the UFT after that date has not received any grants, " is said in the statement by OL.
It is noted that the law is not retroactive.
OL, just worked hard to find a legal opportunity to continue the trigger as required by law.

Note that the Attorney General in his report refuted the information about the UFT office closing. Therefore OL calls prosecutors to remove seal of the office door and open space for UFT students, which would confirm that UFT is not closed. -06D--

During the proceedings, the court reviewed a response from the 28th Police Station of the Yasamal District in Baku.
