«Musavat" party is planning to hold a rally on September 18 to protest against the referendum made on September 26 amendments to the Constitution, said the chairman of the party Arif Hajili. He noted that the campaign is scheduled at the stadium "Mehsul". Next week Baku mayor's office will be notified. Earlier, the National Council of Democratic Forces appointed on 11 September a rally under the same slogans. Draft amendments to the Constitution provides for the expansion of the powers of the President of Azerbaijan, granting it the power to dissolve parliament. -16D-
