Police in Sabirabad do not know what to do

Police in Sabirabad arrested for two days Murad Adilov – the brother of the Press Secretary of PFPA, Natig Adilov. He is charged with resisting police, Natig Adilov told Turan.

Recall that Murad and his cousin Sabuhi Adilov were arrested on February 26 by the Sabirabad police without explanation. A police officer said they were brought in connection with drug sale along with two other residents.

Turan’s attempts to clarify the situation in the Sabirabad police were to no avail. Thus, an officer on duty said the case is investigated by Elnur Aliyev. But the latter refused to tell the reason for the detention of the Adilovs and the charges against them, citing the secrecy of the investigation. However, the same investigator forgot about the secret investigation and advertised himself with his pictures in some other media, saying that in respect of the Adilovs a criminal case on drug sale was filed and on March 1, 2013 there will be a trial that will consider their case.

The Press Secretary of PFPA reported, referring to police sources, that his relatives would be arrested for two months.

Thus, the authorities continue to practice the classic pressure on the opposition, arresting their relatives and using them to exert pressure. -03B-
