Rouhani: trilateral talks in Baku are very important
The Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that trilateral talks between Iran, Russia and Azerbaijan in the Azerbaijani capital are very important, stated the president Rouhani on Sunday before flying to Baku, capital of Azerbaijan, where talks in a trilateral format will be held on 8 August, IRNA reported. "The talks will focus on the project of the international transport corridor" North-South "," the Iranian president said. The transport corridor "North- South" is the marine, rail and road route for the exchange of goods between India, Russia, Iran, Europe and Central Asia. "Trilateral talks in Baku are important from the point of view of cooperation with neighboring countries, the situation in the Middle East and the Caucasus and stability there," said Rouhani. Speaking about his visit to Baku, Hasan Rouhani said that there will be a number of bilateral and trilateral meetings on bilateral issues and regional anti-terrorism.
