Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia create expert groups on transportation
Baku/31.01.21/Turan: The first meeting of the trilateral Working Group on Karabakh (Russia-Azerbaijan-Armenia) was held on January 30 in Moscow.
As stated in the press-release of the Russian government, Deputy Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan - Shahin Mustafayev, Armenia - Mher Grigoryan and RF - Alexey Overchuk considered the main areas of joint work arising from the statements of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia dated November 9, 2020 and January 11, 2021.
The parties agreed to create expert subgroups:
- for rail, road and combined transport;
- on issues of security, border, customs, sanitary and other types of control.
An agreement was reached to complete the formation of expert subgroups by February 2, 2021 and hold their first meetings by February 5, 2021.
It was decided to hold the next meeting of the trilateral Working Group in Moscow. The date will be agreed upon additionally. -0-

By the decree of the head of state on January 10, a "National Data" system is being established in Azerbaijan. The new system aims to ensure efficiency and transparency through the use of digital technologies by central and local executive authorities, state legal entities with controlling shares, public legal entities, other budgetary organizations, as well as local self-government bodies.
