Special quarantine regime strengthened in Azerbaijan
Baku/27.03.20/Turan: Operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan reported on March 27 that the quarantine regime has been strengthened since March 29 at 00:00 in connection with the coronavirus pandemic. The headquarters reports that during the special quarantine regime, inter-district and inter-city transportation should be completely stopped, with the exception of the movement of special vehicles, including ambulances, emergency, rescue, agricultural, social services, as well as trucks. Within Baku, Sumgait and Absheron region, traffic is free.
Vehicles:
The working hours of the Baku Metro should be set 07: 00-09: 00 in the morning and 17: 00-20: 00 in the evening.
Trading objects:
During the special quarantine regime, all commercial enterprises, with the exception of supermarkets, grocery stores and pharmacies, will suspend on-site customer service and unlimited delivery and online sales are allowed.
Catering enterprises:
During the special quarantine regime, on-site customer service will be suspended in all catering establishments, including restaurants, cafes and teahouses, and pickup, delivery and sale via the Internet will be allowed without restrictions.
Population movement:
Access to all boulevards, parks and recreation areas should be limited in order to regulate the density of people — 0—
