Spring Session of Milli Mejlis Started
Today is the beginning of the spring session of Milli Majlis. The agenda of the first plenary session of 2015 included 11 questions.
According to the information on the parliamentary website, the deputies intend to consider issues related to the re-formation of the Administrative and Counting Commissions of MM, as well as the legislative plan of the spring session of the parliament.
The agenda of the first plenary session also includes questions related to the approval of the joint declaration on strategic partnership and an intergovernmental agreement on air communication between Azerbaijan and Hungary.
The deputies will also consider amendments to the laws "On fire security", "On service in bodies of Emergency Situations", "On protection of public health" and "On road traffic" and to the Code of Administrative Violations.
The parliamentarians will also consider the draft law "On advertising". --17D-

Shamshad Aga, editor of the "Argument.az" website, has been found guilty in the Meydan TV case of smuggling (Article 206.3.2 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to two months and one day in detention.
