On March 31 the square in front of the conservatory has been opened public. The area has been fenced, and stands are being installed there. They will be placed flowers and flower arrangements on the day of the festival of colors that power is celebrated annually on May 10.
It's the birthday of Heydar Aliyev, and for several yearsthis day has been marked at the level of the national holiday. On this day, the square in front of the Conservatory, as well as the boulevard called Winter Park, has been fenced for the month ahead. All this time, there are installed stands on which flowers from many countries of the flowers. After 1-2 days the stands are dismantled, and the flowers are thrown.
For this pleasure the authorities spend annually tens of millions of manats. Apparently, in this year of crisis the authorities do not intend to abandon such expenditures.-02В-
