The court confiscates the property of Musavat member
The Nasimi District Court decided to confiscate the property of Tural Abbasli, the head of the youth organization of the "Musavat" party, due to not paying an administrative fine of 600 manat imposed for participation with an unauthorized rally on January 12.
The court trial took place without participation of Abbasli and his lawyer, Intigam Aliyev.
Court bailiffs confiscated the property in the apartment of Abbasli, including television "LG LED", the TV stand, "DVD" and a chandelier. Bailiffs have seized on this property, without clarifying whether it belongs to the Abbasli himself, or to other family members.
Total fines were imposed on the 29 protesters in the center of Baku against the death of a soldier in the army. Part of the fines were paid from funds collected by the public of the country. Some of the action participants, including Abbasli, refused to pay fines. -05D06-
