The land border with Russia closed until March 1
Baku / 18.12.20 / Turan: Due to a sharp increase in the number of people infected with coronavirus both in Russia and in Azerbaijan, as well as the introduction of strict quarantine measures inside our country, the land state border between the Russian Federation (Republic of Dagestan) and the Republic of Azerbaijan for the passage of citizens will be closed until March 1, 2021. This is stated in the message of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia.
Given the winter season, the lack of infrastructure and living conditions at the border, the embassy urges the citizens of Azerbaijan to refrain from traveling to Dagestan. -0-
