The Strasbourg Court started communication for another 6 cases of Azerbaijan
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has started communication for another five cases of Azerbaijan. This was on his page on facebook wrote the lawyer Fariz Namazly.
Two cases related to the denial of admission to the Bar of the country famous lawyers Intigam Aliyev and Annagi Hajibeyli.
Another case relates to the deletion in 2011 of the College of Lawyer Khalid Bagirov's lawyers.
In relation to Aliyev Hajibeyli complaints raises the question of the violation of the rights under Articles 6.1 (right to a fair trial), 10 (freedom of expression) and 34 (right of individual petition).
In fact in addition to these questions Bagirov also provides recognition of violations of the rights under Article Bagirov. 8 (right to respect for private and family life) and 18 (Limitation on use of restrictions on rights) of the Criminal Code.
Another complaint related to the violation of the right of a citizen Dursun Aliyeva convict under Article 234.1 (illegal drugs).
Finally, the fifth complaint which initiated communication Regarding the case of Nakhchivan journalist Hyakimeldostu Mehdiyev, who was convicted in 2011 to a fine of 1,000 manat, allegedly for the illegal use of electricity. In fact, the journalist was accused of illegally connecting to the mains after helping German journalist of the newspaper "Frankfurter Allgemeine" on a trip to Nakhchivan. -03D-
