Arrested Two More activists of Popular Front Party
Yesterday the activists of the Masalli branch of the Popular Front Party Elvin Bakhramov and Farasat Ahmadov were taken away from their homes to the district police. The same day, Masalli District Court arrested them for 30 days in administrative proceedings on the charge of not subordinating the police. The deputy chairman of PFPA Gozel Bayramli told Turan.
"Both activists were arrested for critical publications on Facebook. The attacks on PFPA continue,” said Bayramli.
Recall that on 20 February in Baku another activist of PFPA Amil Mammadzadeh was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Total in prison on various criminal charges are more than 10 activists of PFPA of various ranks. A few activists were arrested administratively. -03B06-
