Azerbaijan banned the import of a number of drugs
Baku / 04.09.18 / Turan: The Food Safety Agency (FSA) of Azerbaijan announced a ban on the import and sale of a number of medicines and biological active additives (BAA) in the country.
The Center for Analytical Expertise of the Ministry of Health of the country has concluded that 15 names of medical products do not meet safety and quality standards. Based on this conclusion, the import and sale of these medicines is prohibited.
Analysis of 50 kinds of dietary supplements showed that they are not biologically active additives and are also banned for sale, the agency said.
