Fire brigades arrived on the scene, but did not manage to contain the fire. Tahirov quickly removed the burned car to a different location.
According to Turan, the police came to the preliminary conclusion that the car was deliberately set on fire. The duty officer of the district police department told Turan that the car burned from spontaneous combustion of the engine at a time when the parked car was empty.
In Neftchala they say that Tahirov is a close friend of the Chief Executive of the district Ismayil Veliyev and worked with him in other areas.
