Contact by phone for Ilgar Mamedov is limited
The right to make telephone calls for Ilgar Mamedov , a leader of the REAL Movement was restricted, wrote on his page on Facebook the executive secretary of the Movement, Natig Jafarli.
"Ilgar Mamedov asked to bring to the public the following: after Ilgar Mamedov sent congratulations telegram to the parties that won parliamentary elections in Turkey, the leadership of the jail N 2 has limited his right to telephone calls.

* On March 17, 2013, Ilgar Mammadov was sentenced to 7 years in prison for organizing riots in Ismayilli on 23-24 January, 2013.
On May 22, 2014 the European Court of Human Rights declared illegal detention of Ilgar Mamedov. By the decision of the European Court, the government of Azerbaijan is to pay compensation Mammadov 22,000 euros.
In June 2014 Sheki Court of Appeal upheld the verdict of the Sheki Serious Crimes Court.
