On Monday, rainfall will continue in the capital and in the lowlands of the country.
In foothill and mountainous areas snowfall will continue. The night before, the snow cover in the mountains of the Greater and Lesser Caucasus was 5 to 8 centimeters. Most snow fell in the Ordubad region of Nakhchivan (8 cm) and Gakh (7 cm).
In mountainous areas, air temperature was -7-13 degrees below zero.
In the coming days, similar weather will persist throughout the country.
In Baku and Absheron on January 14, the north wind will weaken, precipitation will stop, and air temperature will rise to + 8 + 9 degrees by day. -02D-
