Drug smuggling from Iran has been stopped
Azerbaijani border guards stopped an attempt to smuggle a large batch of drugs from Iran.
As a result of border search and operational measures carried out on July 10 at 03:50 in the territory of the service of the Lankaran border guard, drug smuggling from Iran to Azerbaijan was prevented, the message of the State Border Guard Service.
Border guards seized 36 kg. 790 grams of narcotic drugs, including 34 kg. 690 grams of marijuana, 2 kg. 100 grams. opium and 1200 pieces of potent pills "Metadon M".
In fact, operational and investigative measures are continuing.
