Lawsuit under Article 314.2 of the Criminal Code is was filed due to fact of mass poisoning in the Metropark shopping center on April 12. According to the press-service of the Prosecutor General's Office, investigation is ongoing. -16D-

About 30 people on Sunday received allegedly poisoning by carbon monoxide in the shopping center Metropark. According to preliminary information, the cause of the poisoning was a carbon monoxide leak from the ventilation system of the adjacent building into the parking Metropark.
The victims received medical treatment. The doctors of "first aid" arrived on the spot. About 10 people were hospitalized in the toxicological department of the city clinical center. The state of some of them is characterized as moderate hard. The staff and the visitors were evacuated from Metropark.
The causes of the accident are under investigation. -06D-
