The website Yenisabah.az writes about yet another insidious ploy of the Armenians, which is aimed at drawing Iran into the war in Karabakh. The Armenian Ministry of Health disseminated information that the corpses left on the battlefield, dumped into the Araz River, could cause the spread of plague in Iran.
Azerbaijan twice agreed to a ceasefire in order to collect corpses from the battlefield and hand them over to the parties. However, the Armenian side thwarted the agreements. Armenia is not ready for negotiations and does not want to liberate the occupied regions.
The website Redaktor.az discusses the question of why the Armenians are so focused on Ganja. Azerbaijan should accelerate the anti-terrorist operation, because Armenia will try to involve other countries in the conflict - first of all, Russia in order to push it against Turkey.
The provocation in the form of a rocket attack on Ganja is a message to Russia. That is, either you must help me, or this war will expand, harming Russia as well.
The website Oxu.az quotes the opinion of the Presidential Aide on Foreign Policy Hikmet Hajiyev that Azerbaijan is sometimes forced to respond to the provocations of the Armenians, who shell the civilian population.
The actions of the Armenians contradict all laws and conventions, Hajiyev said. According to him, the Azerbaijani side announced its readiness to hand over the corpses of the dead Armenians. However, in response, the Armenians continue their provocations. Armenia at the state level is committing terror against the civilian population of Azerbaijan.

Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property. A minority, placing faith in the Housing Code, demand fair compensation from construction companies but often lose everything—both their homes and any form of recompense.
