The application of self-awareness program, how to eliminate the negative from the education system, mandatory insurance and private apartments, and the restoration of children's money benefits are the leading topics of today's media.
The newspaper Azerbaijan writes about the self-employment program implemented in the country. In countries that have chosen a market system, the government is entrusted with such a mission as the solution of social problems of citizens. Further, the author tells about the social measures that were taken by the head of state. Every year, about 7 thousand people are involved in the self-employment program. In 2018 compared with 2017, the number of people attracted to self-employment increased by 6.5 times, reaching 7896 people.
The website Yenisabah.az wonders how to save the country's education system from negativity. The reason for this question was the increasing suicides and attempts of suicides in schools, cruelty and rudeness in relations between teachers and students, etc.
Experts believe that along with the Ministry of Education, the public should also come up with suggestions and recommendations. In foreign countries, students in schools are divided into three groups: these are classes I-VI, classes VII-IX, and classes X-XII. These three groups are taught separately, without encountering at school, which minimizes negative processes - cruelty, humiliation, etc.
The website Modern.az writes that from next year mandatory health insurance (MHI) will be applied in Azerbaijan. Against this background, MP Vahid Ahmedov discusses the issue of documentation for private houses, because health insurance requires registration of houses in which citizens live. This is necessary so that they can take advantage of MHI. The MHI Agency created will deal with these issues, in addition to other relevant structures.
The website Sfera.az writes about the possible restoration of the payment of "children's benefits". The author notes that the proposal to issue "children's benefits" only to poor families caused discontent. Expert Akif Nasirli believes that children's benefits in a certain period should be issued from the state budget. Subsequently, we can proceed to the payment of money at the expense of taxpayers, with the condition that all people with children will become taxpayers.
