Baku / 05.09.18 / Turan: The Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan expressed concern over the increase in drug use and urged parents to be vigilant about their children.According to the statistics of the Republican Narcological Dispensary, 30,000 people were registered as drug users last year with an age prevalence of 18 to 25. Five young drug users were registered recently, but they were not criminally responsible for a minor,reported the ministry.
The Ministry of Health notes that over the past two years, the proportion of women has increased in the list of drug addicts.
According to the State Commission on Drug Abuse and Drug Trafficking, 30,131 drug addicts were registered in Azerbaijan;595 of them are women. - 0-
