Online sale of preferential apartments will continue for two other months (UPDATED)

At 14:30 the site warned that the entrance to the personal electronic offices of citizens in this portal is activated and after half an hour sales will begin.

Expert in the field of multimedia communications, Osman Gunduz, believes that it is better in the current situation for the MIDA to abandon the sale of apartments. As far as the expert knows, the system was thoroughly tested, and no errors were found. The first collapse of the system occurred in May 2018. The portal was overloaded, many people who have the right to preferential purchase of apartments, faced the problem of entering the system, said the statement of the State Agency for Housing. Due to errors in the "Preferential Housing" system, false notifications were sent to 1963 citizens who managed to get into the system. Of these, 260 people were able to sign and confirm the selection of housing, 1703 people because of technical problems could not complete the process. The sequence of the procedure for electronic signature and selection of apartments was violated. The right to purchase apartments is owned only by citizens who received an electronic cabinet in the Preferential Housing. All citizens who have received an electronic cabinet in the Preferential Housing system, are equal in the choice of apartments, regardless of the date of registration or the serial number of the office. To select an apartment these citizens must enter the section Satış / Mənzillər (Sale / Apartments) in their electronic offices. Apartments by citizens will be selected on the basis of the principle of "first arrived - first served" (individuals who entered the system at the time of the start of sales, and the first to choose an apartment, will have the opportunity to purchase it).
