Lapshin was detained in Minsk on December 15, by the international wanted list at the request of Azerbaijan.
Baku demands his extradition, because the blogger visited Nagorno-Karabakh, campaigned in favor of the separatists, and called on the international community to recognize the independence of " the Nagorno Karabakh Republic". In addition, Lapshin illegally entered Azerbaijan on a false passport Ukrainian. So far, while the question on his extradition is being solved , Lapshin is kept in the Minsk jail. -02D-
