More than 100 Heads of State Arrived in London for the Opening of the Olympics
On July 26, the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in the city of London, where he will attend the opening of the XXX Olympic Games.
In the capital of the UK more than 100 Heads of State and Government have already gathered. They will attend the ceremony of the opening.
As for the opening scenario, it is known that the author is the director Danny Boyle - author of the film Slumdog Millionaire.
The play, which is called the Island of Wonders, cost 42 million dollars and is a story about the history of Britain. The organizers promise large-scale effects in the final of the show and the performance of Paul McCartney.
The ceremony will be held at a new, specially built stadium for 80,000 fans, called The Isles of Wonder. The Games will be opened by the British Queen Elizabeth II.
