The military prosecutor's office has arrested Samir Haziyev, the commander of one of the military units stationed in Nakhchivan. Colonel Haziyev is charged under Article 341.2.3 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, the press service of the Military Prosecutor's Office.
