He said that Guliyev was detained on February 18. His house was searched and a computer was confiscated. According to family members, Rovshan is held at the General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to Kerimli, Guliyev was previously a member of the PFPA presidium. However, five years ago, due to health problems, he left politics. Kerimli considers the detention of Guliyev politically motivated. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs could not receive comments. -0--
