Ships in Caspian Sea warned of expected storm

According to estimates published on Monday by the U.S. Census Bureau, the global population increased by over 71 million people in 2024, reaching 8.09 billion as of January 1, 2025. While this growth represents a significant addition, it marks a slight slowdown compared to 2023, when the population grew by 75 million.

A southwesterly wind in the morning will shift to a moderate northwesterly breeze in the afternoon.

The Defender Legal Center initiates a public campaign demanding the opening of Azerbaijan's land borders. In particular, it is proposed to massively file individual complaints to the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan against the Cabinet of Ministers' decision to close the land borders.
