Situation at Front Exacerbated?
On the evening of October 30 Armenian forces used 60-millimeter mortars, rocket-propelled grenades and heavy machine guns, including a grenade launcher AGS-17 in the north-western sector of the front, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported. Return fire was opened. There are no reports of casualties.
In turn, the Armenian authorities have indicated that in the northern direction, "a group of Azerbaijani soldiers tried to carry out mine clearance in the neutral zone" and was "thrown back as a result of the response."
The area where this happened has not been named. We can assume that it occurred near the village of Talish. -02D-
