The court refused to consider a lawsuit against the psychologist
Baku / 25.12.18 / Turan: The Khatai District Court of Baku refused to consider a lawsuit against the psychologist Narmin Shahmarzade because of her publications on social networks.
The lawsuit on libel was filed against her as a private prosecution by the Emergency Situations Ministry ArazMusayev.
She herself announced this.
According to her, Musayev and his lawyer were asked to bring her to justice under Article 147 (slander), to oblige her to apologize to the Azerbaijani people and deprive her of her liberty for a term of 3 years.
However, the court found that the lawsuit was not filed legally, refused to take it into production.
The publication of Shahmarzade on facebook about the national hero MubarizIbrahimov caused outrage in social networks.
She condemnedIbrahimovfor the destruction of enemy, and called it "cruelty in conditions when there is no pain, no threat to the homeland, loss of loved ones, his life.
"Later, Shahmarzade apologized to Ibrahimov"s parents, saying that her words were distorted and she did not call their son a "murderer."
Ibrahimov died on June 18, 2010, stopping the attack of the enemy, killing several of his fighters.
He was posthumously awarded the title of National Hero of Azerbaijan. -05B06-
