On February 9 the Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Nasimi court on the tax inspection in the newspaper "Azadlig" and in the AzadligLtd. which owns the site «Azadlig.info». According to the lawyer Samad Rahimov, a field tax audit may cover only the last three years. However, in November last year the Nasimi Court decided to audit the newspaper and the eponymous site for the period from 2010 to 2016.
