Unpleasant Innovation in Baku Airport
A few days ago, the state company AZAL reported to tighten security measures in the Baku International Airport. However, the company shyly kept silence about the fact that only departing people will be allowed into the airport building, after their documents and tickets are checked at the entrance to the airport.
As for meeting people, then they should wait for arriving passengers in the street under the scorching sun.
According to airport staff, these innovations have been introduced after the terrorist attack at the Istanbul airport. According to one of the airport workers, these restrictions can last a month.
However, the airport and AZAL management has not created any facilities for the people standing under the scorching sun. With no water, shade or toilet, the young, the elderly and the children are forced to wait, surrounded by police and airport security.
Has the AZAL chief who loves to show off his achievements not thought to put at least shelters from the sun and provide drinking water for the waiting people?
Note that when entering the territory of the airport police check all entering vehicles. -02B-
