The ceremony of awarding winners of "Buddy Bear" competition
On 9 February at 18:00 the German Embassy in Baku will hold at the cultural center Kapellhaus an award ceremony "Buddy Bear" and an exhibition of design works.
Buddy Bear is a symbol of Berlin, which will be installed in Baku near the business center of the building İSR Plaza, where the embassy of Germany is located, the embassy reported.
The jury will chose the artist-winner of the contest, who will have the right to decorate the sculpture.
The contest is held together by the German Embassy, the University of Culture and Arts and the Academy of Arts. The competition presented 35 works of students of higher educational institutions, which are available until February 14 in the Art Gallery "Giz Galasi". -16D-

Ahmet Güneştekin answered questions from Turan Information Agency a few days after the opening of his solo exhibition, Lost Alphabet, held in the 8,000-square-meter indoor halls of the Feshane Cultural Center, managed by the Istanbul Municipality. The exhibition, inaugurated by Istanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, will remain open until July 20.
