In the last year decreased the activity of bank lending to construction and real estate transactions. Compared with 2013 the growth in 2014 was 36.9%, last year this figure was at 26.5%. According to the CBA, the portfolio of loans, including mortgages housing for 1 January amounted to 1 billion 542.4 million AZN. Thus, the credit portfolio of commercial banks in this segment amounts to 7.1% of the total loan portfolio. --17D-
