The number of ATMs and pos-terminals increases
The number of ATMs in Baku for January 1 has totaled 2694 (+ 3.3% over a year.) According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), most of them are in Baku (1502) , and the rest are in the regions of the country.
The number of pos-terminals installed at trade and service facilities increased over the year by 10% - 80301. Again, more than half of them are in the capital (47985.) Almost all of them are installed in shops 78762, or 98.1% of all pos-terminals. --17D-

The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan reported that as of the first half of 2024, the country's state debt amounted to 25 billion manats, which corresponds to 21% of its Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
