Emission of 200 thousand ordinary registered uncertified shares of 100 manats passed state registration in October 2013 . Underwriting was provided by Ltd. Chelsea Capital.
According to the exchange , all shares were sold in a single transaction ( 1 investor ). Today 38.87 % of the announced issue has been placed . According to the law, an issue shall be deemed when placing a half of it.
Paid-in share capital of the bank , thus , reached 27.574 million manat. The main shareholder of Amrahbank is Chairman of the Supervisory Board Yunis Ildirimzade (56.5 % equity ) . - 15B -
