Appointed New Chairman of PASHA Bank
The Management Board of JSC PASHA Bank made personnel changes – Taleh Kazimov has been appointed as its chairman.
According to the report of one of the leading credit institutions of the country, linked to the family business of the spouse of the head of state, the newly appointed chairman will start his work on July 1 and will replace Farid Akhundov, appointed a member of the Supervisory Board.
Taleh Kazimov has worked in JSC PASHA Bank since 2007. He became a member of the Board of the bank four years ago. Farid Akhundov served as Chairman of the Board since the foundation.
OJSC PASHA Bank was founded in June 2007. Then it received a license for the operation from CBA. Its shareholders are 2 legal entities and one individual. The bank is part of Pasha Holding. --17D-
