The head of the construction company fled the country
General Directorate of Police in Baku declared wanted Elman Tagiyev, the head of construction company "Birlik inşaat" and "Hayan-E". He is accused of fraud, which resulted in the re-sale of 210 apartments to 534 buyers. The total amount of damage caused by Tagiyev is 10 million manat.
In 2014, the case by Tagiyev considered the Serious Crimes Court on charges of fraud, abuse of authority, illegal crossing of the state border tax evasion. However, the court cannot arrest him because he fled the country. -05D04-
