At auction T-bills placed for AZN 4 million
Short-term government bonds (T-bills) series AZ0101042361 at $ 4 mln were placed on auction held on December 10 at the Baku Stock Exchange.
At the stated amount of bonds of AZN 4 million, demand for them by the two bidders exceeded 4.2 mln at face value. Orders were presented in price range from 99.40% (YTM 2.42%) to 99.39% (2.46%).
Cut-off price was set by the Ministry of Finance at 99.39% (2.46%) and was equal to the weighted average.
Repayment of T-bills will be on 8 March 2013. - 15D -

The Turkish company Aksa Doğalgaz, part of Kazancı Holding, has announced the completion of the contractual process to purchase the gas distribution companies Bursagaz and Kayserigaz. These companies have been operating under SOCAR Türkiye Energy AS (STEAS) since 2019, according to Aksa Doğalgaz.
